Comets dominated the first half with some good goalkeeping and the woodwork kept the scoreline to 2-0 - Oran Swales and Cameron Brooks netting. Hemel Aces hit in the second half with both goalies keeping their sides in the game.
Extra time saw Comets push hard for the goal and eventually Cameron Brooks finished a nice passing move to win it. He and Josh Price were Comets man of the match.
