The final of the Peter Wright Trophy, sponsored by Adex, will now be taking place on Friday July 18.
The game, which will be between Hemel Hempstead Town U15 and Potten End, will be at Heath Park on Station Road.

Anyone is welcome to come along to enjoy the game. The club's bar will be open for the evening.

Last Wednesday's semi-final between Chipperfield and Hemel Hempstead Town U15s saw Hemel come out on top on what was the year's hottest day.

Hemel notched up 161-4 thanks to some fine batting from Olley (61) and Mackie (40*) before bowlers Minett (4-21) and Turbutt (4-8) and the hands of J O'Nien, who took 5 stumpings at wicket keeper, dismissed Chipperfield for 47 after 11.5 overs.

The final of The Gazette Cup, also sponsored by Hemel Hempstead-based Adex Interiors, is due to take place in the next fortnight, but is dependant on the weather and the ability of teams to play out the semi finals. The date will be announced in next week's Gazette.

The semis feature Northchurch at home to Leverstock Green 'A' and Tring Park playing host to Langleybury.

For more information on either competition contact The Gazette's sportsdesk on 01442 898 443.
