Driver dies after suffering '˜cardiac arrest'
A driver has died after suffering what is thought to be a cardiac arrest at the wheel this morning (Wednesday, April 6).
Emergency services were called to High Street Green, Hemel Hempstead, at around 7.50am to reports of a road traffic collision between a silver Ford Transit Panel van and a white Ford Transit Panel van.
Police say a man in his 70s has died at the scene after suffering what is believed to be a cardiac arrest.
The road was closed at either end while paramedics and police dealt with the incident, but police reopened it at 9.57am.
